STOCK AND DELIVERY
All items on the website should be in stock in the gallery. Most orders are dispatched within two working days of receiving your order. If the item which you order is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.
If you would like to 'collect in person', we are very happy for you to pop in the Gallery. Drop us an email and we can arrange a time that suits you. Your P&P will be refunded on collection. You can reach us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can ship overseas. Delivery charges are shown at checkout when you have selected the country for delivery. If you want to purchase multiple items, or the item(s) are large then please email us your requirements and location and we can work out a delivery option for you.
Note you may be liable for additional local taxes upon delivery.
For overseas orders we generally use UPS and we will provide tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Wrapping is very important to us and your order will arrive beautifully packaged. The outer packaging may not be as pretty as we do our best to be eco-friendly and re-use boxes wherever possible.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS
We hope that you will be totally happy with your order, but on the rare occasion you are unhappy please notify us as soon as possible and we will try to make things right.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
