Croucherli

croucherli is the ceramics venture of Lizzie Croucher, a ceramic artist based in Colchester. Lizzie creates unique and small batch pottery pieces with their own distinct personalities. She works from her home studio and handles every step of the process, from designing and throwing to firing and packaging.

Before focusing on ceramics, Lizzie had a background in Contemporary Dance and spent time dedicated to arts in the community. She made the transition to full-time ceramics in late 2020.

Lizzie is committed to a low waste practice and incorporates recycled clay into her pieces. She also reuses plastic bags and containers for storage and utilizes plastic-free packaging that is recyclable, dissolvable, or reusable.

Through croucherli, Lizzie aims to bring smiles to those who see or own her work.
